Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Nextrend Co., Ltd. (the “Company,” an e-commerce operator) and users (“Users”) in connection with the internet-related services (the “Services”) provided through the Julioly official website operated by the Company (the “Mall” or the “Website”).
※ These Terms shall, to the extent not contrary to their nature, also apply to electronic commerce conducted via PC communication, mobile (wireless) networks, and similar methods.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. “Mall” (or “Website”) means the virtual place of business set up by the Company using computers or other information and communications equipment to enable transactions for goods or services (collectively, “Goods, etc.”), and may also refer to the business entity operating such site.

  2. “User” means any person who accesses the Mall and receives the Services in accordance with these Terms, including both Members and Non-Members.

  3. “Member” means a person who has registered as a member of the Mall and can continuously use the Services provided by the Mall.

  4. “Non-Member” means a person who uses the Services provided by the Mall without registering as a member.

Article 3 (Posting, Explanation, and Amendment of the Terms)

  1. The Mall shall post these Terms, along with the Company’s trade name and representative’s name, business address (including an address for handling consumer complaints), telephone number, fax number, email address, business registration number, mail-order business report (notification) number, and personal information protection officer’s details, on the initial screen (front page) of the Mall so that Users can easily find them. The full text of the Terms may be provided via a linked page.

  2. Before a User agrees to these Terms, the Mall shall provide a separate linked page or pop-up window to draw the User’s attention to important matters such as the right of withdrawal, delivery responsibility, and refund conditions, and obtain the User’s confirmation.

  3. The Mall may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws, including without limitation the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions, the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, the Digital Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Door-to-Door Sales Act, and the Framework Act on Consumers.

  4. If the Mall amends these Terms, it shall announce the effective date and reasons for amendment together with the current Terms on the Mall’s initial screen from at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date until the day before the effective date. However, if an amendment is unfavorable to Users, a grace period of at least thirty (30) days shall be provided. In such case, the Mall shall clearly indicate the differences between the previous and amended Terms so Users can easily understand them.

  5. Amended Terms shall apply only to contracts concluded after their effective date; contracts already concluded shall be governed by the previous Terms. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a User who has already entered into a contract wishes the amended Terms to apply, and sends such intention to the Mall within the notice period under Paragraph 4 and the Mall agrees, the amended Terms shall apply.

  6. Matters not specified in these Terms and the interpretation thereof shall follow applicable laws and regulations relating to electronic commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Consumer Protection Guidelines in Electronic Commerce prescribed by the Korea Fair Trade Commission, and general commercial practices.

Article 4 (Provision and Changes of Services)

  1. The Mall performs the following:
    (1) Provision of information regarding Goods, etc., and conclusion of purchase contracts;
    (2) Shipment and delivery of Goods, etc., for which a purchase contract has been concluded;
    (3) Other tasks as determined by the Mall.

  2. If Goods, etc., are out of stock or specifications change, the Mall may change the content of Goods, etc., to be provided under contracts to be concluded in the future. In such case, the Mall shall promptly post the changed content and the date of provision where the current content of Goods, etc., is posted.

  3. If the Mall must change Services promised to Users due to out-of-stock Goods, etc., or changes in technical specifications, it shall immediately notify the User at an address through which the User can be contacted.

  4. In the event of the foregoing, the Mall shall compensate the User for any damages caused thereby; provided, however, that the Mall shall not be liable if it proves the absence of intent or negligence.

Article 5 (Service Interruption)

  1. The Mall may temporarily suspend Services in the event of maintenance, replacement, breakdown of computers or information and communications equipment, interruption of communications, or similar reasons.

  2. The Mall shall be liable for damages suffered by Users or third parties due to temporary suspension of Services under Paragraph 1; provided, however, that the Mall shall not be liable if it proves the absence of intent or negligence.

  3. If Services can no longer be provided due to business conversion, business discontinuation, merger, or similar reasons, the Mall shall notify Users pursuant to Article 8 and compensate consumers in accordance with the conditions originally presented by the Mall. If no compensation standard is announced, mileage or points held by Users shall be paid in kind or cash corresponding to their value within the Mall.

Article 6 (Membership Registration)

  1. A User applies for membership by completing the registration form prescribed by the Mall and indicating consent to these Terms.

  2. The Mall shall register as Members those applicants who meet the following criteria:
    (1) The applicant has not previously lost membership under Article 7(3), except that those for whom three (3) years have passed since such loss and who have obtained the Mall’s approval for re-registration may be exempted;
    (2) There is no false, omitted, or erroneous information in the registration;
    (3) Registration is not deemed to cause significant technical disruption to the Mall.

  3. The membership agreement is formed when the Mall’s acceptance reaches the Member.

  4. If any registered information changes, the Member shall promptly notify the Mall by updating the member information or through other means.

Article 7 (Withdrawal from Membership and Loss of Qualification)

  1. Members may request withdrawal at any time, and the Mall shall promptly process such requests.

  2. The Mall may restrict or suspend membership if a Member:
    (1) Registered false information;
    (2) Fails to pay amounts due for purchases or other obligations related to use of the Mall by the due date;
    (3) Interferes with another person’s use of the Mall or steals information, thereby disrupting electronic commerce order;
    (4) Uses the Mall to engage in acts prohibited by laws or these Terms or contrary to public morals.

  3. If, after restricting or suspending membership, the same act occurs twice or more, or the reason is not corrected within thirty (30) days, the Mall may revoke membership.

  4. If the Mall revokes membership, it shall delete the member registration; in such case, the Mall shall notify the Member and provide at least thirty (30) days prior to deletion for the Member to submit an explanation.

Article 8 (Notice to Members)

  1. Notices to Members may be given to the email address designated in advance by the Member and agreed with the Mall.

  2. For notices to an unspecified number of Members, the Mall may post on the notice board of the Mall for at least one (1) week in lieu of individual notices. However, for matters that significantly affect a Member’s own transaction, individual notice shall be given.

Article 9 (Purchase Application and Consent to Provide Personal Information)

  1. Users shall apply for purchase on the Mall using methods similar to the following, and the Mall shall provide information enabling Users to understand the following matters clearly when making a purchase application:
    (1) Search for and select Goods, etc.;
    (2) Enter recipient’s name, address, phone number, email (or mobile phone number), etc.;
    (3) Confirm the Terms, the existence of any limitations on the right of withdrawal, and any costs related to delivery/installation;
    (4) Indicate acceptance of the Terms and confirmation of the matters in item (3) above (e.g., by clicking);
    (5) Submit the purchase application and confirm the application or consent to the Mall’s confirmation;
    (6) Select a payment method.

  2. Where the Mall needs to provide the purchaser’s personal information to a third party, it shall inform the purchaser of: (1) the recipient of personal information, (2) the purpose of use by the recipient, (3) the items of personal information provided, and (4) the retention and use period of the recipient, and shall obtain the purchaser’s consent. (The same applies where any of the foregoing changes.)

  3. Where the Mall entrusts the handling of the purchaser’s personal information to a third party, it shall inform the purchaser of: (1) the trustee, and (2) the details of entrusted work, and obtain consent. (The same applies where any of the foregoing changes.) However, if necessary to perform the service contract and for the purchaser’s convenience, the Mall may provide such notice via its privacy policy in the manner prescribed by applicable law in lieu of a separate consent procedure.

Article 10 (Formation of Contract)

  1. The Mall may refuse acceptance of a purchase application falling under any of the following; provided, however, that in the case of a minor, the Mall shall notify that the contract may be canceled by the minor or legal representative if consent is not obtained from the legal representative:
    (1) The application contains false, omitted, or erroneous information;
    (2) A minor applies to purchase goods or services, such as tobacco or alcohol, prohibited by the Youth Protection Act;
    (3) Acceptance of the purchase application is deemed to cause significant technical disruption to the Mall.

  2. A contract is deemed formed at the time the Mall’s acceptance (in the form of a receipt confirmation notice under Article 12(1)) reaches the User.

  3. The Mall’s acceptance shall include information confirming the User’s purchase application, availability for sale, and details on correction or cancellation of the application.

Article 11 (Payment Methods)
Payments for Goods or services purchased on the Mall may be made by any of the following available methods, and the Mall shall not charge additional fees for the payment method chosen by the User:
(1) Bank transfers (phone banking, internet banking, or mail banking);
(2) Prepaid cards, debit cards, credit cards, and other card payments;
(3) Online wire transfer (virtual account, etc.);
(4) Electronic money;
(5) Cash on delivery;
(6) Points or mileage provided by the Mall;
(7) Gift certificates contracted with or recognized by the Mall;
(8) Other electronic payment methods.

Article 12 (Receipt Confirmation, Change and Cancellation of Purchase Application)

  1. When the Mall receives a purchase application from a User, it shall send a receipt confirmation notice to the User.

  2. Upon receipt of the notice, the User may request immediate change or cancellation if there is any discrepancy in intent, and the Mall shall promptly process such request if it is made before shipment. If payment has already been made, the provisions regarding withdrawal of offer, etc., in Article 15 shall apply.

Article 13 (Supply of Goods, etc.)

  1. Unless otherwise agreed with the User, the Mall shall take necessary measures such as order production and packaging so that Goods, etc., can be shipped within seven (7) days from the date the User makes an offer. If the Mall has already received all or part of the price, such measures shall be taken within three (3) business days from receipt of all or part of the price. The Mall shall also take appropriate measures to enable the User to check the supply procedures and progress.

  2. The Mall shall specify the shipping method, the party bearing shipping costs by method, and the delivery period by method for purchased Goods. If the Mall exceeds the agreed delivery period, it shall compensate the User for damages thereby caused; provided, however, that the Mall shall not be liable if it proves the absence of intent or negligence.

Article 14 (Refunds)
If the Mall cannot deliver or provide Goods, etc., ordered by the User due to reasons such as out-of-stock, it shall promptly notify the User and, if payment was received in advance, refund the amount or take necessary measures for refund within three (3) business days from the date of receipt.

Article 15 (Withdrawal of Offer, Returns, and Exchanges)

  1. A User who has entered into a purchase contract with the Mall may withdraw the offer within seven (7) days from the later of (i) receipt of the written confirmation of contract details pursuant to Article 13(2) of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, or (ii) receipt (or commencement of supply) of the Goods, etc., if later. If other provisions of the Act apply, such provisions shall prevail.

  2. Returns and exchanges are not available after delivery of Goods, etc., if:
    (1) The Goods are destroyed or damaged due to reasons attributable to the User (except where the packaging has been damaged solely to check the contents of the Goods);
    (2) The value of the Goods, etc., has significantly decreased due to the User’s use or partial consumption;
    (3) The value of the Goods, etc., has significantly decreased to an extent that resale is difficult due to the passage of time;
    (4) The packaging of Goods that can be reproduced to the same performance has been damaged.

  3. Notwithstanding Paragraph 2(2)–(4), if the Mall did not clearly indicate in an easily noticeable place that withdrawal of offer is restricted or did not provide samples for trial, the User’s withdrawal of offer, etc., shall not be restricted.

  4. Notwithstanding Paragraphs 1 and 2, if the Goods, etc., differ from those displayed/advertised or are performed contrary to the contract, the User may withdraw the offer within three (3) months from receipt of the Goods, etc., or within thirty (30) days from the date the User knew or should have known such fact, whichever is earlier.

Article 16 (Effects of Withdrawal of Offer, etc.)

  1. If the Mall has received the returned Goods, etc., from the User, it shall refund the price already paid within three (3) business days. If the Mall delays the refund, it shall pay delay interest calculated by multiplying the delay period by the rate prescribed in Article 21-2 of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.

  2. If the price was paid by credit card, electronic money, or similar means, upon refund the Mall shall promptly request the payment provider to suspend or cancel the charge.

  3. In case of withdrawal of offer, the User shall bear the cost of returning the Goods, etc. The Mall shall not claim liquidated damages or compensation due to withdrawal. However, if withdrawal is due to the Goods, etc., being inconsistent with their advertisement or the contract, the Mall shall bear the return costs.

  4. Where the User bore shipping fees upon receipt of Goods, etc., the Mall shall clearly indicate, in a manner easily understandable to the User, who bears such costs upon withdrawal.

Article 17 (Protection of Personal Information)

  1. The Mall collects only the minimum personal information necessary to provide the Services.

  2. The Mall does not collect, at the time of membership registration, information required only for performance of purchase contracts. However, where identity verification is legally required prior to a purchase contract, the Mall may collect the minimum personal information necessary for such verification.

  3. When collecting and using personal information, the Mall shall notify the User of the purpose and obtain consent.

  4. The Mall shall not use collected personal information for purposes other than those notified, and if a new purpose arises or information is provided to a third party, the Mall shall notify the User at the time of use/provision and obtain consent, except as otherwise provided by law.

  5. Where consent is required under Paragraphs 2 and 3, the Mall shall, in advance, specify or notify the identity of the personal information protection officer (department, name, phone number, and other contact information), the purpose of collection and use, and matters related to provision to third parties (recipients, purpose, and items provided) as prescribed in Article 22(2) of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection. Users may withdraw consent at any time.

  6. Users may at any time request access to and correction of their personal information held by the Mall, and the Mall shall promptly take necessary measures. During the correction period, the Mall shall not use the relevant information.

  7. The Mall shall minimize personnel handling personal information and shall be responsible for all damages suffered by Users due to loss, theft, leakage, unauthorized provision to third parties, or alteration of personal information (including credit card and bank account information).

  8. The Mall or any third party who received personal information from the Mall shall promptly destroy such information once the purpose of collection or provision has been achieved.

  9. The Mall shall not pre-check consent boxes for collection/use/provision of personal information. The Mall shall also clearly specify any limitations on services resulting from refusal of consent and shall not restrict or refuse membership or Services because the User refuses consent to collection/use/provision of non-essential personal information.

Article 18 (Obligations of the Mall)

  1. The Mall shall not engage in acts prohibited by law or contrary to public morals and shall use best efforts to continuously and stably provide Goods and Services as set forth in these Terms.

  2. The Mall shall establish a security system to protect Users’ personal information (including credit information) so that Users can safely use internet Services.

  3. If the Mall conducts unfair labeling or advertising under Article 3 of the Act on Fair Labeling and Advertising and a User suffers damages thereby, the Mall shall be liable for such damages.

  4. The Mall shall not send commercial emails for profit that the User does not wish to receive.

Article 19 (Member’s ID and Password)

  1. Except as provided in Article 17, the Member is responsible for managing their ID and password.

  2. Members shall not permit any third party to use their ID or password.

  3. If a Member becomes aware that their ID or password has been stolen or is being used by a third party, the Member shall immediately notify the Mall and follow the Mall’s instructions, if any.

Article 20 (User Obligations)
Users shall not:
(1) Register false information when applying or making changes;
(2) Steal another’s information;
(3) Alter information posted on the Mall;
(4) Transmit or post information (including computer programs) other than that specified by the Mall;
(5) Infringe the Mall’s or any third party’s intellectual property rights;
(6) Defame or interfere with the Mall or any third party;
(7) Disclose or post obscene or violent messages, images, sounds, or other information contrary to public morals on the Mall.

Article 21 (Relationship between Linked and Linking Malls)

  1. If an upper-level site (linking Mall) is connected to a lower-level site (linked Mall) via hyperlink (including text, images, and videos), the former is the “linking Mall (website)” and the latter is the “linked Mall (website).”

  2. If the linking Mall clearly indicates on the initial screen or at the time of linking that it does not guarantee transactions conducted by the User based on Goods, etc., independently provided by the linked Mall, the linking Mall shall not bear any guarantee responsibility for such transactions.

Article 22 (Copyright and Restrictions on Use)

  1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights in works created by the Mall belong to the Mall.

  2. Users shall not use, for profit or allow third parties to use, any information obtained through the Mall and belonging to the Mall’s intellectual property rights without the Mall’s prior consent, by means of reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or otherwise.

  3. Where the Mall uses copyright belonging to a User pursuant to an agreement, the Mall shall notify the User thereof.

Article 23 (Dispute Resolution)

  1. The Mall shall establish and operate a damage compensation handling body to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by Users and to compensate for any damages.

  2. The Mall shall give priority to handling complaints and opinions submitted by Users; provided, however, that if prompt handling is difficult, the Mall shall immediately notify the User of the reasons and the handling schedule.

  3. If a dispute arises related to electronic commerce between the Mall and a User, the User’s application for relief may be submitted to a dispute mediation agency commissioned by the Korea Fair Trade Commission or the mayor/governor, and the parties may follow such mediation.

Article 24 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

  1. Litigation regarding electronic commerce disputes between the Mall and a User shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the User’s address at the time of filing; if the User has no address, then the court having jurisdiction over the User’s place of residence. If the User’s address or residence is unclear at the time of filing, or the User resides outside Korea, the competent court shall be determined pursuant to the Civil Procedure Act.

  2. Korean law shall govern litigation between the Mall and Users concerning electronic commerce.

Addendum (Effective Date)
These Terms take effect on November 11, 2025.
